NOTES: Bookings made less than 14 days before the date of Hire of the vessel must be accompanied by the full fee including VAT at the appropriate rates; in this case the booking shall be termed a Short Notice booking. Bookings other than Short Notice bookings must be accompanied by 50% of the charter fee plus VAT at 0% on the total fee. The remainder must be paid no later than 14 days prior to departure. The vessel will not depart under any circumstances until any outstanding amount has been paid in full.
